The Role
It was a great experience. The team was always willing to answer any questions I had and they were always approachable.
I felt very valued by colleagues. My opinions did actually matter.
My manager was great and he was always willing to provide me support when needed. We had regular meeting to discuss my progress and I was always aware of what I needed to do next
I had a project to work on so my workload was evenly spread through the 10 weeks.
I mainly focuses on my project which was of great importance to the whole team.
I have developed o great undersatnding of financial intruments such as options, swaps and other derivatives which will help me in the last year of my degree.
The Company
Great and lively - not even a single day was dull
Very well organised - I knew what I needed to do all the way. When I started everything I needed was ready.
The firm invests a lot in terms of socials, training and development. Infact we have training for a whole week when we started which was followed by other events throught the duration of the internship.

The employment prospects are great. If you perform well you will be invited back on the Graduate Scheme for whichever line of business you interned in.
The Culture
Great. Loads of social events with other interns after work!
London is generally expensive but you are paid enough to cover the costs
Great, if you know where you want to go - there is too much choice which can be overwhelming!
Loads of opportunities - Football teams (11 aside and 5 aside), Touch Rugby (interns vs full time employees). I am sure there was much more besides football and rugby
