The Role
Really Enjoyed it as this would be an area I would be interested in working in.
Very Friendly, helped everyone out, people are always help if you have issues
Supervisor is busy but makes time to ensure I am getting on okay.
Not too busy and not too bored, there are rushes in during the year.
Given a lot of responsibiliy after the initial training
Given me a lot of information for university degree so cannot complain, they do like to invest in the future.
The Company
Very friendly, always someone to talk to.
Cummins had been doing it for a number of years so everything has been set up accordingly
If there is any training I wanted to go on the company will invest in it.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Mixed reviews as it would depend on the departments
The Culture
Meet up once a month to do something.
Coming from the south, makes daventry seem like a cheaper.
Not much in Daventry but more in the surrounding towns
Lots of Activities, just have to make what you have to make the most of the activities here.
