The Role
Real responsibility and contribution within the team working for an exciting, interesting industry.
Highly valued as a team member. Very supportive and encouraging. Recieve constant feedback and praise for good work.
Where always there for support, but often had to use initiative and self motivation to get jobs done.
With the nature of the business there's always peaks and troughs. Also managing workloads from three seperate managers can create inconsistancy.
The role developed throughout the year. Once you had something in your paces you were allowed further freedom to take on greater responsibility. By the end of the placement was singe handedly managing projects.
An invaluable experience that really will change the way I address my final year and career choice.
The Company
Open plan and engaging. interesting to see new materials come through etc. However a high work pace.
Mat all my expectations very good support systems in place for when you needed help.
Extensive training courses taken throughout the year plus additional courses you could attend. Several Personal Performance reviews to track my development throughout the year.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
No Graduate scheme in place, however through the contacts I've made this year I will have several people able to reference me for a job.
