The Role
Very enjoyable. Great social side to the job.
Friendly, helpful people. Always willing to share their experience and knowledge.
Given good support, but also enough freedom to think for myself.
Workload vaired throughout the year. Towards end of placement, workload increased.
Given lots of responsibilty, far more than I expected. But was still given guidance and advice when needed.
Not returned to university yet, but feel have built massively on my knowledge and am much more confident going into final year having spent 11 months working with a team of knowledgable and succesful Building Surveyors.
