The Role
I enjoyed it very much. It was a fantastic oppertunity to gain an insight into the real estate industry and gain a good understanding on different elements of property. I have gained a strong contact base from the 1 month internship with senior employees as well as many other interns.
Knight Frank took good care of myself and all the other interns both socially aswell as providing job roles of responsibility. I had a chance to get to know all my team very well and I now consider all of them very good contacts.
My superviser gave me the majority of my work as well as a few other team members. The support I recieved mainly came from the graduate in the seat next to me. He was very informative and answered any issues I had.
I always had tasks to complete and some I had more time than others. Generally speaking if you ask for more work they will always give it to you.
I would say I was given the amount of responsibility generally expected for an intern.
Very much! I am now going into my third year undergradute and I am now well equipted for a few different modules.
The Company
Very strong. A positive team and department with a good work ethic. Certainly a pleasant working environment to be involed in
The internship was well organised with; training days, social events and network events.
We had a training session involving confidence within the work place which was very informative. Completing the tasks thoughout the internship was also good development of skills.

Completing the internship has really made me want to work for Knight Frank in the future. Most importantly for me is that it has a strong graduate scheme.
The Culture
Among the 12 commercial interns, we frequently went for lunches and bars after work. I was a very sociable month!
Expensive. Central london is not the cheapest.
Good. Central london has a variety of different bars and restaurants for the evenings.
Knight frank do many sporting events outside of work however I was unable to go to any of them due to the short term of the internship.
