The Role
I really enjoyed working in such environment. Facilities are great. Team is great. Environment is great.
I felt valued by my colleagues as my opinion and my questions were always taken into account.
I was given support no only by my manager and my supervisor but also from many members of the team.
Most of the time the balance between team meetings, events and work was perfect but there were also moments when I was not busy enough due to waiting for certain approvals from higher management.
I was given the responsibility to drive my project from start to end.
The skills I developed in the areas of team work, networking, communication and programming will definitely help me with my studies and beyond.
The Company
Friendly, Fun, Adaptive - at some points it is fast but at other points it is slow depending on the workload.
Work placement is really well set up. You get two monitors. Internship is also really well set up. Everything is organised with dates and events that you are aware of even before the internship starts.
I think the firm really invests in its employees both in training and out of office activities.

Company Parties/Events
If you are performing well and you are willing to learn and develop, it is highly likely that you will be offered the opportunity to work for them in the future.
The Culture
none that I'm aware of.
~400-500 pounds a month with bills and food. It always depends on you.
There are some really good clubs and bars but not many cafes.
There are many opportunities but everything depends on the weather. Last summer was the best summer from 10 years with 25+ degrees C every day but this summer is raining every second day.
