The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed it - people were lovely and EY has a great culture.
A lot - although some of the tasks were quite menial at times, they were always valuing my input.
My manager gave me some support, but I was mostly supported by the graduate on the team and the senior consultant. They helped me to set goals etc.
Varied but mostly fairly busy - very few times with little to do.
A fair amount. I presented some industry insight to the director at the end, which I learn a lot form.
Presentation skills will be very useful. I think the skills are more useful in the workplace rather than at uni.
The Company
Really friendly and positive.
Well organised, HR let me know in advance etc.
A fair amount, I learnt a long on excel etc.
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Very - I've been offered the job and I'm likely to take it.
The Culture
Everyone was quite outgoing, we did our own social etc.
Expensive - but I live in London as a uni student anyway so kinda irrelevant for me.
Good!
Yes, but I was on client site so I didn't really
