The Role
I feel I have learnt much about the industry from the desk rotations. The trainings given was also very useful.
The current employees were very friendly and helpful. I have gained a lot by talking to them. They were also very patient to our questions. This made me feel that I was valued by them.
I did not have a supervisor, but was assigned a buddy. He is very kind and gave me a lot of help and good advice.
The days with trainings or desk rotations were of very good balance. However, I feel that I had too much free time on the last day.
Since it was just an insight programme, I was not given any real responsibility.
The communication skills and knowledge about the industry would be very helpful for my career in the future.
The Company
The RBS people I met were very friendly and supportive.
I enjoyed it very much.
The training given on the first day was very comprehensive. I have learnt a lot from it.
Company Parties/Events
I really look forward to joining the organisation.
The Culture
There was very good rapport within the intern group. We shared our experiences and learnt a lot from each other. After the 4 days, we became very bonded to each other. The whole experience is amazing.
I cannot really tell as RBS provided the accommodation and most of the meals.
I cannot really answer this question as the internship was too short and I did not have time to go out in the night.
The recruitment team organised various activities for us, such as networking session and team building activities.
