The Role
Enjoyable, but my role was poorly structured
Worked with an extensive number of people; good for visibility, but not for building close relationships
Very difficult to form a close relationship with any manager as my line manager changed numerous times throughout the year
This changed greatly during the year; in accordance with activity levels on accounts, but also because I did not have a defined role, but was taking on projects when an additional resource was required
All tasks I completed; more so toward the latter half of the year, carried high levels of responsibility and confidentiality
Skills such as professionalism and industry awareness have greatly improved, and I hope will assist me on commencement of a Graduate role
The Company
Quiet. Additional requirement to travel and hot desk
Various workshops throughout the year were helpful. Corporate Social Responsibility project is organised for each year's intake.
No opportunities for training were received, however one particular manager was easy to approach for involvement in new areas and gave me great opportunities
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Working from home
The Culture
Cheap enough
Bracknell-poor, Reading- better
Volunteering opportunities i.e. Education partnerships with local schools
