The Role
Work was fairly easy if a bit boring
The people were so nice and taught me loads it I felt in return I couldn't do that much to help them
Everyone was so nice, supportive and informative. Happy to answer all questions I had even small silly ones
Not very busy periods of time I had nothing to do
A lot of trust was put into the jobs I performed. I got to run a few tests all by myself!
No longer afraid of an office environment did wonders for my confidence and I know that everyone should be willing to answer questions that I have
The Company
Nice people were lovely however conversations were very short and a lot of people liked to work on complete silence
Felt like it was a great opportunity to learn about day to day running of things however there could have been more of a structure so I was given things to do every day
First day was all training and we were given personal feedback on how we were doing as well as our own log book so we could track what we learnt

Unfortunately the type of work involved in auditing didn't suit me personally so I won't be pursuing a career with them however I feel if it's a field you are interested in there would be no better place todo it
The Culture
We regularly went out for lunch and the first week I was there, there was a staff social (bowling) which made getting to know everyone do much easier
It was in Edinburgh during the fringe festival so cost of living was more expensive than normal due to all the tourists I did manage to see some shows though
With the fringe on you could do anything you wanted any time you wanted but even normally Edinburgh is a great place to socialise if you can afford it
In auditing we go out to client site all the time I could be in 3 offices in the one week
