The Role
Every day was different, The people and the customers are all exceptional, the working environment was amazing and the atmosphere / ethos was something i have never seen in a company before
It took me a while to feel part of the company but i now feel like any other employee
The support and guidance throughout the year was exceptional however it took a while to develop relationships with the people who now support me on a daily basis
I am extremely busy, however this is due to my own personal decisions not that of the ocmpany.
Depending on the project i was on i was given a variable level of responsibility.
I have learnt far more in this year than i have ever learned before. My skills have developed at at rate which i could not have even dreamed of before i started. These are all directly related to my degree and to my personal development and will help me imensly in the years to come.
The Company
The atmosphere at Microsoft is absolutely fantastic!
There was a structured plan to my year which was outlined at the begining. Although at times this plan has seemed a little slow moving (compared to the fast pace of the company as a whole).
The company invested a lot of time and investment in making sure that my personal development remaind on track. From training courses to free educational books i was always offered the chance to develop my skills through an accademic approach. There was also an unreal ammount of support from individuals wihtin the department who coched and mentored me through my year and helped me get the most out of my time at Microsoft.

I commuted so im not sure.
I commuted so im not sure.
There were an endless ammount of opportunities and i was only limited by the ammount of time and energy that i could put in to them.
