The Role
yes I really enjoyed the placement I made some really good friends and had such an amazing experience with RBS
Everybody was very friendly and I felt my input was valued
We were all given a mentor and my mentor was very helpful and answered all my questions so I felt like they did the best they could to help me
I was quite busy, however i understand that it is difficult to give an intern responsibility when you are only there for a week
I was given hardly any responsibility but its understandable
I thought that I developed a lot of inter-personal skills that is very hard to gain during university period.
The Company
it was so relaxed
they had a great week in store for us and it was very organised
as RBS are part of the 5 year plan where they are trying to get more graduates into the bank i feel like they have invested a lot in us
Company Parties/Events
I would definitely recommend this company and would love to work for them in the future based on everything i was exposed to during that week
The Culture
everyone was from different universities so we all had a lot to talk about
its london
local bars around were great
wasn't really there long enough but I'm sure there were
