The Role
I have enjoyed the work and also adapting to a work environment.
It is good but often seen as just the 'student'
I was constantly supported especially in my project work
There was always something for me to be getting on with.
My responsibility increased as the placement progressed
I feel I will be able to apply what I have learnt in my studies and also take the skills I have developed into my future career.
The Company
Fairly quiet at times, especially after the restructure
A good system in place where there was a prominent student community.
They have online learning courses and there are always recommendations as to what to train on.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
There is no grad scheme in place but there are opportunities to come back
The Culture
Big student community - was like university but with work
Being clsoe to London meant it was quite expensive and halls were even more
Not a very good area but would enjoy the company
There wasn't much to do you could keep yourself busy
