Really good placements over all, if you are looking for a role were you have real responsibilities then this certainly offers you that. Be prepared to work hard but the level of exposure you will get I return is very good and you will be pushed and test to progress throughout.

Felt on par with my co-workers and was not considered and ‘’Intern’’ but more like a full time member of staff. Certainly the work load was the same. The office is a really nice place to be with lots of friendly people and it’s easy to ask for help.

Had weekly reviews with my manager in order for me to ensure that I was on track and also for me to find out if I was performing and how I could improve. If I ever had any issue I felt more the comfortable to go to my boss or co-workers about it.

Very busy every day, if you want and easy ride then not for you. If you want a really understanding of the corporate world and the long hours you are expected to work in order to get the job done this will give you that, rarely a day when you have much time to relax.

I had a very large deal of responsibility and was in charge of my own portfolio. This meant I had large sums that I had to manage on a daily basis. Despite this large amount of responsibility put on me I didn’t feel out of my depth at any time. If I needed support it was there but I really enjoyed being able to make decisions by myself.

Definitely helped see the real life side to the theory I had learnt. The skills I had before my placement were improved and I learnt how to apply them in a corporate context. Over all it has helped me see what will be expected if you want to go far in the business world. If you want a real job as a placement then this is more than I ever thought I would have from my placement in relation to my duties and responsibilities.

Good quality atmosphere. Everyone was hugely friendly, and with a good social scene and outings with colleagues being a regular occurrence, made for a good working environment.

Right from the start, the company were keen to place the interns in various sales services on site, to learn and understand things in a practical manner. In addition, training courses were laid on, with interns being able to develop a good understanding of critical topics.

Extremely rewarding. The scope for personal development within the company is huge, and as a graduate must be one of the best ways to kick start a graduate career.

Very good. Regular outings meant it was easy to get to know the other interns. This played a big role in ensuring such a great placement experience.

Living and drinking costs were ok. However as Surrey is a summer destination shot term lettings meant you might be paying a little more.

The nightlife is not the best however there is certainly a good number of options for what to do in the evening

There were numerous opportunities to activities outside of work that is organised through work in addition to a host of other activities in the area.
