The Role
Xerox have a great student community and so much opportunity to learn and develop. Salary is competitive and here is a great place to work.
You are treated like a real employee, not a student. So given much responisbility.
My immediate supervisor went out of his way to be extremely supportive both in work, uni and personal matters.
Extremely busy - I prefer to be busy and have presure put on me so a perfect balance for myself.
Iwas running my own projects and had big responibilities which could seriously affect parts of the business
I feel i have really developed my interpersonal skills as well as academic and work based skills
The Company
Usually a good atmosphere, but some redundancies gave a sombre mood at times.
so well leyed up for students, including placement projects for the students to work together on.
Thousands of hours of online training were available online for free. I was also sent on a number of other training courses (instructor led)
