The Role
Great culture, everyone pleasant, pretty relaxed, enjoyed every minute - the only reason it's not a 10 is because i realised this field was not for me.
there are plenty of opportunities to get involved socially outside of work - i was running the monthly socials, ran weekly 6 aside football and was involved in the company's 11-a-side football team.
my manager was new to the business as well (not company. 3M has 6 businesses within it) so we learned together but meant that processes were new to that person as well.
went through periods of being very busy and also not so busy. you get what you put in though, there were times i could ask for more work. they were conscious not to overload me.
i was running campaigns for my business and lead the business optimisation for M.O.D. these areas were worth a lot of £. i was working in a small business within 3M which helped.
great work ethic, 9-5 is not that hard! im sure next year i will be able to relate things ive done in practise to theory.
The Company

The Culture
got on really well with a group of them, and plenty of opportunity to go out together in Reading/ Wokingham
Reading and Wokingham is where most people go out. Not london prices but not cheap as is in the south.
Reading is a Uni city but a small one
touch rugby, 6 aside football, 11 a side football, monthly night out.
