The Role
I have enjoyed the summer internship because during both the roatation the learning curve has been really steep
I think that with the colleagues of my first team I have started to build a good trustful realtionship
I was given a lot of tips and guidance by the other analysts in the team and by my buddy. The buddy was really useful and open to answer all of my questions.
Depending on the day, but mostly I was quite busy, which is a good thing . The first two weeks were a bit slow because we had to solve all the IT problems and get to know how the team works.
I think I was given a right balance of responsibility. Meaning that I had responsibility on everything i was working on, deliver a quality result without mistake. However all theworks where checked by other teammember before sending them.
I think that the organizational skills (keep in mind deadlines e organize workload as a consequence of them) and the relationship skills ( know how to approach different people in the team) will be really helpful in future.
The Company

The Culture
Yes, all the interns were really collaborative and curious to know waht each other was doing in the team. Networking events were really useful to get to know amongst interns
Cost of living in London is high, but we were provided with accommodation allowance that covered part of the rend. Food is also expensive but if we had to stay late in the office we were provided with online food
Yes, all the interns could participate at charity events
