The Role
Every day brought a new challenge and i learn't something new every day. Very interesting Job.
Very very friendly staff on site every one was willing to help.
Guidance was brilliant every project i got involved with i got a break down of what was expected, the history and guidance on how i should progress on projects i have little experience dealing with.
A good balance of daily duties plus extra work was given on a daily basis.
I was given my own projects, while under the wing of a manager, i was responsible for installation and providing solutions for my own project problems.
Management were very keen i gain life skills through out the year.
The Company
A good balance of social interaction and hard work. People were very approachable.
A few teething problem with my intial start and what i was and wasn't allowed to be a part. Paper work was seamless.
Everything, i had a personal development manager, and a volenteer to mentor me to chartership.
Flexi Time
National Travel
International Travel
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
People are very keen to have me back, i am willing to return also however i have no firm confirmation about returning.
The Culture
Unfortunatelly i was the only long term student there, however there was still a good social scene.
Renting was fine, socialising wasn't bad it was the travel to venues that were the problem.
Worked and lived in a village, my mistake. Living in derby and travel to work every day is a much better idea.
Plenty of sports clubs, community organised events.
