The Role
Very enjoyable and varied internship
Treated as a valued member of the team whose opinion and thoughts were taken into account
Varied, depending on work set, but found to be very busy on most days, staying beyond contracted time to complete work
Did a lot of individual work to improve overall process, built dashboards to model results, and also a lot of reports written. Overall, I found there to be a lot of responsibility in my work which made me feel a lot more trusted and valued member of my tea,
Developed a lot of skillls and have chosen university modules based on the skills I have learnt, particularly through excel
The Company
Relaxed open plan office, Where colleagues communicated but also worked very hard.
Very well organised and carefully planned to suit the needs of the intern whilst incorporating the line manager.
Training given through webinars but did not always find them useful. however could have improved with central training or presentations.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Appealing
The Culture
This depended on the individual colleague's preferences and the charity challenge offered a lot of different events to socialise.
Commuted from home and so did not really experience the perceived high cost of living in lodndon
Very sociable and london had a lot to offer
charity challenge offered a wide range of activities to get involved in.
