The Role
Overall the experience was great. I really enjoyed the internship.
Always someone to help you, offering shadowing opportunities. Everyone was welcoming.
Supervisors always offered support and guidance.
Depending on the day, but often busy.
After 3 weeks, they trusted me so given much more responsibilities for the remaining 7 weeks.
Webinar, training sessions, shadowing and tasks given contributed to develop new skills useful for the degree stuidies and transferable to another job.
The Company
Worked in several offices, and in every office, te atmoshpere was really good.
Both Lloyds Banking Group and my managers/teams were well organised.
Quiet a lot with webinars, charity challenges...

Really appealing with the Graduate Programme offered by the bank to all successful interns.
The Culture
During the charity challenges and other events, there was a good social scene.
London is really expensive.

Yes, a lot of different activities are offered by Lloyds Banking Group and the colleagues as well (charity challenges, special events...)
