The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement here, I was given a variety of tasks to complete on a regular basis.
I felt massively valued. Everyone in my team and surrounding colleagues were more than welcoming when I first arrived. Additionally, I was given meaningful tasks to complete which really enhanced my experience.
Support was available on a regular basis and I was encouraged to ask questions whenver needed.
I wasn't overloaded with work but I was kept relatively busy often.
I.e. above. I got given a lot of resposibility and a lot of meaningful tasks to complete that aided business progression.
I developed a wide range of transferrable skills that I will be able to use in a wide range of scenarios in later life.
The Company
A good environment to work in that wasn't too hectic!
A few teething problems but mostly it was very well organised.
They invested a lot of their time and money to develop me as an employee. Endless amounts of training and development were available, it just depended on how much you were willing to take on.

Company Parties/Events
Very high, I wish to progress on to the graduate scheme.
The Culture

Moderate.
Leeds is a very good night out!
Yes, depending on how you applied yourself.
