The Role
I wouldn't say it is the best job ever but it was certainly enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone, lloyds looks after the interns well, they're looking to improve the scheme so should be better next year.
The colleagues do value interns as well as they can obviously interns are at the bottom of the structure chart so we're not valued too much but I guess that's the way it is everywhere really
My line manager had weekly 1-2-1s with me and provided me with good advice and support
Some days I felt the work I was doing was boring and I did have some spare time during the middle weeks but towards the end I got too busy, I could have been given more work to do.
As much as I could've expected being an intern, I did some important tasks but wasn't "running the show"
Very relevant and helpful
