The Role
Really enjoyed, programme was really well organised and good integration into permanent working life
Vast majority of colleagues were really open to spending time and giving advice/getting to know the intern class
Guidance/advice from management was always forthcoming
Busy enough to be constantly engaged but not too busy to cope or to spend time getting to know colleagues and other interns
This varied with team, but could be high
Have already finished degree, so learned skills didn't assist with that, but will be invaluable to the rest of my career.
The Company
Really great, people were very intelligent and open, and happy to spend time. Atmosphere was fast paced and exceeded my expectations.
Really well organised. Programme was really well rounded and had been carefully though out. Great mix of tasks and networking events.
Really highly, had access to my own Bloomberg and several really comprehensive training sessions

Social scene was great, integration between interns and permanent members of staff was really good
