The Role
Horrible experience, people rude and not interested in va.c schemers
Not at all valued.
Support was useful, but was given voluntarily by trainee and not officially by my supervisor
Busy enough, but not too much pressure
Nothing. I was sorting out documents and photocopying
I learned a lot about vac schemes and about the recruitment process
The Company
Very quiet, nobody speaking to each other, seemed to be little culture of fun or friendliness
Very well set up
More interested in getting us to do menial tasks than develop us
I was rejected
The Culture
Social events seemed forced and few trainees attended; those that did appeared reluctant.
Central London
Lovely area of London with a lot of pubs and a lot to do
