The Role
It was well organised and enjoyable. Very well run, friendly people.
Colleagues were approachable and considerate
Management and supervisors were very accommodating and ready to provide guidance.
Highly dependent on the day but usually busy from getting in (8.45pm) til quite late (9pm)
More than I would have expected. I was allowed to run important pieces of work independently.
They will not especially assist me in my degree studies (civil engineering) however they were useful in terms of work ethic etc..
The Company
Great atmosphere
Very well organised. HR organised a large number of talks and events and were very effective.
They laid on a large amount of training for us, around 2 weeks in total, which was very helpful.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Very appealing. I hope that I receive a full-time offer
The Culture
Great social scene on the weekends
I lived at home. Generally socialised in central London and therefore quite expensive
London nightlife was great
HSBC has a large number of sports teams etc.. I met with the rowing club and would join if I got a full-time offer
