The Role
Very engaging and learned more than I thought I ever could in 10 weeks.
They invested a lot of time in my development as well as welcoming me into the team.
The perfect amount, they asked me to do things and left me to work it out on my own but were also there when I really needed help.
I was very busy but I expected nothing less. The work was always interesting so I enjoyed doing it.
There is a limited amount that you can actually take on responsibility as a global markets intern due to regulation but I they found ways to give me responsibility with projects and research for the team.
I have already finished my studies but they will be extremely useful for any future career.
The Company
Very professional but also very social. A very happy bunch contrary to the "banker" stereotype.
Extremely well organised, there were development and networking sessions throughout and the desks always had projects ready for me to do or to help me learn.
They exceeded expectations in the amount that was invested in my development. My whole ten weeks was based around my development with minimal admin type work that you usually expect from an internship.

The Culture
The other interns were great, we had fun even around working hard.

London.....
Easing to socialise with other employees. Especially as everyone congregates on the roof terrace or in the Oyster Shed.
