The Role
The well organised program provides loads of opportunities to develop professional skills within the program.
They are really willing to help in any ways we need and every time it proves helpful to me.
All the senior people are happy to organise a 30min chat including the global ceo.
It was 8-6 everyday and I find it perfectly balanced
It was busy time when I joined, but the best I learned as well.
The skills and knowledge imrpoved my professinalism that will help me life long.
The Company
It was all friendly people who are willing to talk to you whenever you needed, especially the senior people they are not so far away and you can always find time to go for a catchup, it is very comforting and inspiring to work in such an envinronment with all the professional but all firendly people.
It was really organised as there are so many kinds of events throughout the ten-week programme. We had Tuesday night lecture series that were given by heads of various sections in HSBC, and Lunch and Learn session with heads of various teams across a certain function. Besides that we had a dragon boat racing, CSR event etc.
In terms of personal training and development, I would say that the company did the most to invest in me. I had my bloomberg teminal, datastream account and tens of brokers resources to support my daily work. They organised so many events as I mentioned above to promote our networkings, and all the company benefits and resources are available to us througout the prgramme.
Company Parties/Events
The future employemnt prospects are very promising as they are organised for graduates and it was so appealing to us.
