The Role
I enjoyed the placement much more than I thought I would. It was a very friendly place to work with real responsibilities.
I felt very valued by colleagues at all levels of the business
Lots of support - more so at the beginning of the placememnt but the freedom I was given allowed me to take responsibility and learn.
Sometimes very busy, some days not very
Lots - was sent out to meetings across the country to present my research.
Will assist in future jobs and the data skills will help with my dissertation
The Company
Very happy place to work. Some days the office was very empty
Very well organised. Accommodation provided and events were organised throuought
Invested a lot - presentation training, learning visits etc.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Very appealing - this company would be a great place to join as a graduate
The Culture
Yes - we all lived together and organised social events on week nights as well as weekends
Not too bad although Windsor itself is quite expensive - expensive busses if you couldn't car share to work
Pretty poor but fun if you were in a big group
Lots of charity and enactus opportunities
