The Role
Very enjoyable. Well run, interesting work and good social events too.
Colleagues made me feel part of the team from day one. I was given relevant work that added to my team.
My line manager was highly supportive, particularly in getting me exposure to the rest of the business.
I always had tasks or reading to be doing. Towards the end of the internship I was very busy with project deadlines
I was given a good level of responsibility, it was quite a fast learning curve
Highly useful development of my presenation skills, excel skills, and general communication skills.
The Company
Very busy on my floor, but people are all friendly and happy to talk to the intern. Very little evidence of a 'facetime' culture.
Very well organised from HR, and my team seemed well prepared for me too.
Very good level of investment in me from the firm across training week, various meetings with senior managers, and in skills sessions.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
A clear graduate path can follow the internship.
The Culture
The interns in my business were good fun.
