The Role
This experience was my first in banking and clearly I want to continue my career in this area.
Part of an amazing team, I was always considered as their equal. Additionally, colleagues at Citi are not afraid to tell you when you do a great job, but also when you do a poor job.
Seniors in my team have given me a lot of their time to help me, train me, explain me concepts I wasn't familiar with.
One must understand that our clients are competing in extremely competitive markets and therefore they are able to come with an ask at any moment and we need to be able to work on it at any time. However, you still have time for your personal life.
Over time, I was given more and more as I was able to do more and more. As long as you show your co-workers that you can do a great job, they don't hesitate and rely on you.
I am convinced that the skills I have developed will help me for my last year of studies in the way I will now be able to better organise my time by prioritising based on deadlines, what is time-consuming and so forth. Furthermore, studies give you a theoretical approach of finance and this experience will enable to compare it to the theory.
The Company
Atmosphere was friendly but professional.
My internship was very well organised from the very beginning, starting with the training week, to the very last day, I was always working on something new.
I have to admit that this experience has exceeded my expectations on this level. Citi really invests in all interns, and try to make them feel at home. Something that I really appreciated.

If I understand correctly the question, Citi offers extremely appealing positions that more than one person would love to get. I would love to carry on being part of this structure.
The Culture
Several events were organised amongst interns, colleagues and so on.
Citi is a very friendly and social, meaning that you get to meet new people everyday. It is extremely easy to meet people with amazing background as most of the people are in this situation.
Several events were organised by my team which helped me to better know my colleagues.
There are many activities in which you can get involved outside of work, such as going to the gym, practicing a sport and so forth.
