The Role
Great internship, interesting people, interesting job
My team gave me lot of responsibilities once I showed that I was able to deal with the pressure and manage my time
Analysts and associates were always with me, never let me alone at the office.
I was pretty busy, I had to work some weekends but it was expected, so no real surprise
I got a lot of responsibilities, the more I worked the more interesting tasks I got
I learnt to deal with pressure, to prioritize, how to speak with senior people. I also develop technical skills such as valuation and modelling
The Company
Great team
It was a summer internship, It is something well developed by J.P. Morgan, well organised
We had one week of general training before the internship and once on the desk, the team gave us couple of training specific to our industry
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Great company to start a career
The Culture
Canary Wharf is pretty expensive (for the rent and the food)
Nightlife is poor at Canary Wharf
Too many hours in the office
