The Role
I enjoyed my role, the level of responsibility, the people here are all very approachable and willing to teach you a lot.
My colleagues praises when they think your piece of work was up to the high standard, all analysts had the patience to teach you a lot if you ask them.
Well organised program so we had a mid term review as well as a final review with our line manager, and one-to-one meetings with HR as well so they are on track of our progress and valued our feedback.
Very, had a lot of tasks to do.
A lot, tasks weren't created just to kill time for us, but was actually value adding to the team and projects that they are working on.
finished my degree studies already so in this case not a sutiable question for me. But in general the skills I built is going to help my future career a lot and especially the networking throught this internship.
The Company
Very hardworking team, so quite in tense during the day. But everyone is very nice and kind.
Very well structured internship, and valued a lot on diversity and women in banking which is something is beneficial to female analysts. And a lot of learning series throughout the internship.
The line manager not only care about my performance but also cared about my view of the team and internship.
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, a lot of people across the firm has been around for a long time and hence an accurate indication on how much employees enjoy their job.
The Culture
Yes, a lot of team events and drinks.
High.
yes, there was a citizenship challenge.
