The Role
Very much enjoyed the experienced - great group to work with. Constantly impressed with the calibre of the people who work here.
Was very much part of the project teams I was involved with in my time here. Felt fully integrated and was given responsibilities on projects as a full-time associate would have.
As much as needed. A lot of autonomy if you knew what you were doing and felt capable.
The work is very project dependent. Sometimes very busy and other times a little quiet. That's the nature of the business, though.
As much as you and the people you were working with felt that you could handle.
Very practical and hands-on. Will certainly be useful in my career going forward.
The Company
High calibre and top performers all around. Great group of people - constantly challenging you to perform your best.
Was well set-up. Worked in a smaller group, but leveraged the infrastructure of the broader organization for the set-up of the internship.
Significant up-front and on the job training. Felt that they did take a strong interest in my development.

Very good - would love to come back full-time.
The Culture
Everyone is extremely hard-working, but when we could find time, it was great to get out for drinks.
Living and working in Central London is generally very expensive.
Good - although often too tired or busy to get out to enjoy the nightlife.
The internship flew by and was generally pretty busy. While if there are outside work activities that you are very interested in, then I'm sure it could be accommodated.
