The Role
My work was very interesting and I learnt a lot - I like a challenge so I really enjoyed it
100%, my colleagues taking in to account the Lloyds Banking Groups' Diversity and Inclusion policy made me feel like an asset to the company, dispite my dyslexia.
100%
Very busy, but otherwise I would be bored so I liked it. If ever I had any spare time I could spend a day shadowing in another department, which really built up my experience.
I published an Interchange article which could be seen by 90,000 people
I'm certain that office ettiquet, professionalism and how to write good emails will help me throughout my degree, careeer and life.
The Company
Friendly but professional
great
100%, they are also giving me a scholarship for my education at university
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Very appealing, I hope I gain a place on the grad scheme
The Culture
Very good - they put most of us up in the same accomodation
They gave us free accomodation and gave us good wages, so it was very affordable to live in central london
Central London! Guess!
Lots, especially with the charity challlenge they run
