The Role
I did so many different things that i would never of had the chance to do otherwise.
Certain people saw me as cheap labour. But some had confidence in me.
They were always very helpful and alway said their are no silly questions you can ask.
In one department i had quiet day. Wheras in another department i would be on my feet all day.
I was a large part of an multinational project.
You gain alot of experience in your field which you would never have the chance top do otherwise.
The Company
Everyone was friends with eachother. Their was alot of banter.
At first it was goo. But due to the company changing its workforce i was moved to another area which i had less experience and knowledge in.
I was tought to use advanced computer programmes. All of which are in large use elsewhere, this is a valuable transferable skill.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events

The Culture
We never stopped hanging out
A full salary of a person living and working in the area would not strugle.
