The Role
Yeah it was really interesting - got a lot of face time with senior people and gott taught well.
It varies team to team but as a general rule the environment is great.
The support network is strong and in parituclar HR system is verry strong and you get assigned a buddy.
It is what you make of it - you are assigned things to do but you have to go looking for work. Don't look for too much though!
They can't give you too much for obvious reasons.
I knew nothing when I started and I am pleased with my progress. They are very accomodating if you are a non finance degree student.
The Company

HR are super organised and they arrange lots of activities and chances to develop yourself.
Lots, there is lots of chance to develop yourself, and make sure you go to the on site Business University.

Good peopl up for a night out.
It is expensive, but you are paid well!
Very solid, v good food and places to drink near by.
