The Role
I enjoyed the flexibility, the amount of variation of work and the level of independenc ei had.
Being 150 miles away from your boss made that difficult at times however BT's communicaton infrastructure allowed for seemless constaint communication.
Working alone meant you wernt spoon fed, and i was just expected t get the work done. I never had any real issues so its hard to tell if i needed that level of support wether i would of got it. My personal feeling is that I would of.
There were tmes when I bored, however I felt that i got involved with other rpojects with other colleagues when i felt i did not have much to do.
As i was based on my own up in Newcastle i was definantly given a hell of a lot of responsibility.
The skills i developed will be with me for life and i will apply them to what evert aks in life i can.
The Company
I was the youngest by far, so the areas of humour and fun were not on par.
Very poorly organsied in the way of not been able to get the funds from manager or support team to join fellow undergrads for events in london.
There was a lot of investment.
