The Role
The team was fantastic and the job was meaningful. Everyone was willing to help you understand the material. I learned so much about Project Management, time management, and working in a corporate culture.
I felt extremely valued by my team. They seriously considered our input and gave us assignments that effected their jobs directly. We are able to add-value and they encouraged us to pursue whatever we wanted.
My manager was always supportive and gave me a lot of guidance yet liberty to do the tasks my way.
You can chose to be as busy as you want. If you are proactive on the team you can put more on your plate but they are very accommodating with regards to a work-life balance
I was given a lot of responsibility that effected teams across the world. They taught me how to do the job and always provided support from the background while I learned to do the job myself.
They are all common sense, useful skills that I will be able to relate anywhere I go. I learned how to use SharePoint Designer, Visio, and more about Excel. I learned how to juggle multiple tasks and how to own a project end-to-end. This type of education cannot be learned in university.
The Company
Very helpful, and happy and also caring of others on the team. There was also a drive to succeed and that really motivated me.
Very organized. There were plenty of intern events and we all lived together and did a lot of activities around bournemouth as well.
They invested a lot of time and money into me. They gave me training, set up conferences with top leadership, and gave me real responsibility. They are trying to enable you to succeed.

I got a return offer. It is an amazing company and am very privileged to have ended up with an amazing team and a great offer!
The Culture
Yes, very good social scene. Most interns ended up living in Lyme Regis Hall and bonded a lot over dinners, and social events nearby. Made some of the best friends here at JPM.
It was decently priced.
A lot of nightclubs and restaurants in the area.
Yes, there were a plethora of activities to get involved in both inside JPM (Activity Club) and outside. We did a lot of hiking along the Jurassic coast and visited different beaches.
