The Role
A well rounded experience. Kind a brilliant insight into how IT fits into an large organisation.
All my colleagues were interested in my development and suggestions.
Great support, monthly check ins, regular 121s.
Some days it was very busy and other times it was difficult to find work.
A lot of responsibility because of the culture about trust. I was managing major projects.
All skills improved and new competency based examples.

Its London sooo much socialising to do. Cost of living well, it took half my salary, and thats for zone 2.
