The Role
I had such a wide variety of work from meeting clients and drafting formal documents. It gave a real insight into the life of being a lawyer.
With a continuous supply of varied work my ability was tested throughout the scheme. I received work from partners, associates and trainees.
My buddy and supervisor were always available and happy to answer.
Throught the placement I had a continuous flow of work, helping with my organisation skills.
I was asked to write notes on telephone confrerences and meetings with counsel. A high standard was expected.
It has enhanced my ambition to become a solicitor even more. My organisational, team working skills, writing style and ability to approach others has improved and I will be able to apply these in future work placements. It reflected how the academic side is converted into practical activities.
The Company
Very positive and welcoming.
There were numerous activities to participate in organised by the HR department alongside our own events.
They provided a real sense of investment as the quality of work is high and in return they expect dedication and enthusiam.

Company Parties/Events
I would love to work at this firm.
The Culture
We organised several events ourselves and have become very good friends.
London is known to be expensive but you can monitor how much you spend accordingly.
There are numerous pubs, bars and restraunts in the vicintiy.
The firm has many activites from pro-bono and sport. Once you become part of the firm it is easy to integrate into these activities and it provides great enjoyment and experience.
