    • The work was challenging because you were given real responsibility. However, there are a lot of admin tasks that were normally given to the placement students.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?

    • The grad recruiment process has been very slow and quite disorganised. Our initial assessment centre was cancelled two days before and re scheduled for 3 weeks ago. We are still waiting to hear back. If you apply for this job be prepared to spend 1-2 years working in the field before you come into the office.

    • Maidenhead is pretty rubbish for a night out, however Reading is only a 15 minute train ride.
