  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The programme is well structured. People are friendly and easy to approach. The learning resources and opportunities was rich.

  • Meetings with seniors were very frequent and they show great interest on my project and concentrate on my personal development.

  • If I can articulate my question well, my colleges usually gave me a satisfied answer.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Not very busy but I did on-line self learnings on my free time.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I work with another intern on my project and report directly to my manager. My manager gave me a large extent of responsibilities and few restrictions on the way I wish to do my work. I contact many senior people across the departments and my work will be handover to others after my intern.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Communication skill has seen the greatest improvement. RBS provided me the trainings with Fitch Learning on the MS Excel and Finance which is very helpful to bridge my knowledge to the financial industry.

  • Friendly and relax.

  • Catch Up meeting took place every week and reviews were given.
