The Role
It was exciting at first but after it became quite repetitive and I felt I was not allowed to do the best I could do. Had little control over what I did during the year and was left up to the managers to place me where ever they needed the help rather than where I found my main interests lie.
Very friendly colleagues, but would've liked it more if I was among the same age group.
Support was given when asked for.
There was never a balance. Periods of boredness, left not doing anything even after asking for something to do. Sometimes an intense hour of work but not more than that.
Reasonable but not anything significant
I felt I benefited more when I was out of the office, out on training days and visits rather than being in the office. Inside the office the tasks were menial.
The Company
All the login ID, set up and access card came very late. I had no desk and I had no work to do for the first few weeks.
Could have done better. As I said I benefited more out of the office but most of the time I was stuck doing nothing inside the office.

The Culture
It would have been excellent if we were all together.
It was ok, but there are MUCH better places.
