The Role
yes but it could have been alot more varied and i could have been given more responsibilities
i was valued as i did the work they didnt want me to and i was job filling
there was plenty of suppot and help from my collegues with plenty of friendly banter and easy access
it was usually quiet for the month allowing for quieries to be answered but the first week of each month was the busiest time
i was given some responabilities but i wasnt trained very well for them or i help people with there responsabilities which i didnt follow up on
it has helped me greatly with my time management skills and allowing me to meet deadlines better
The Company
it was very profeshional and quiet most of the time but there were also occasions when people would chat and have a joke
the placement was not very well organised and my timetable often changed to suit when people were on leave or if there were vacancies
i was sent on internal training and to profeshional accountancy away days
it would be very appealing however i would hope it would be better organised and more information would be given to me regarding all aspects of my employment
The Culture
there were no other placement students
the cost was rarther cheap but work socials were rare and usually to somewhere more expensive
the night life isnt very nice and the area doesnt have a very positive reputation
there were a few but only if you knew someone involved with the activity
