The Company
Although my team was slightly skewed towards the older demographic, the office environment was on that was both productive and a pleasure to work in. The people of RBS are most certainly one of the core reasons for wanting to work here.

Organisation was left to line managers, who aimed to provide personal plans. This custom plan kept me busy, however at times there was a slight lack in direction.

There's a huge range of learning resources on the intranet page, and a large sum of learning happens from learning from other.
