The Role
I found the internship overall really enjoyable. We were able to rotate between different desks, which meant we got a really wide exposure to the full business area. The corporate culture of the business meant that it was a nice environment to work in, which is unlike the environment of a typical investment bank.
Overall I felt generally valued by the colleagues. Most of the work which I got was used by the business area and actually useful for them, Also, they were all willing to take the time to speak to me and work with me. However, I felt that at some times I was getting in the way, especially when a deal was being executed.
I was given a lot of support, and had time for feedback and questions organised every week.
I was very busy thoughout the course of the internship.
Quite a lot
Not very much, because my degree is not focused on finance.
The Company
Very relaxed and friendly
It was very well organised
I think that in terms of broad training about Capital Markets, the programme could be improved by providing an overview of the business at the start. However, each of the desks I rotated on were very good at investing time in my training

The Culture
The interns were all very sociable, but there could of been more mingling with the grads and line managers
Very expensive compared with where I am from, however we get paid enough to make up for it
Decent.
