The Role
This internship was very enjoyable, I felt that even as an intern, I was given a lot of responsibility and was able to get involved with a range of tasks.
I felt valued by my colleagues, they were always willing to help and made time to answer my questions and spend time with me
My line manager closely monitored my work and ensured I had enough to do and was doing tasks that I liked and wanted to do.
Varied depending on the desk I was working on, but usually was quite busy and when not, I had side projects to work on
A lot.
Great insight into what life at RBS would be like
The Company

Were given regular development meetings, could have done with more training throughout the internship; had some at the start
Very appealing; RBS is a great place to work at
The Culture
Could have had more socials arranged for us
Expensive
Good nightlife in central london
Charity challenge ; 24 hours out of the office to raise money for Princes trust with other interns, was a fun break from the internship
