The Role
it has been very beneficial, however not so much enjoyable, been very hard
everyone is competing for sales in the branch so people tend not to value eachother, see eachother more as competition
the branch was so busy i was chucked in the deep end, very little time for training or time to go through things
barely got time to think from the moment i start in the mornings until the moment of leaving in the late eve
adequate amount to begin but then as i got more advanced the work load/stayed the same
invaluable skills learnt throughout the year, developed massively as a person as well as my business skills
The Company
loved the people i worked with ! all young graduates! very fun
good structure but not alot of training throughout the year
seen as a year intern rather than an employee
Healthcare from home
after working hard with them for a year it is very likely to be able to go back and have a job , in theory that it the plan!
The Culture
non
lived at home and paid rent
