The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement at RBS, the atmosphere and environment was extremely friendly. Everyone was extremely accommodating and willing to give up their time to help and explain work to me.
Towards the end of the internship, the last 3 weeks particularly.
Line manager and team members were always willing to help and accommodate me and support me when needed.
Not during the first 7 weeks, but the last 3 weeks were extremely busy.
A fair bit, could have been given more.
I developed a lot of my skills, my team was fairly technical so I picked up a lot of terms and formulas that help build the internal pricing system
The Company
Lovely, very friendly and supportive.
Internship fairly well organised, line managers could be more informed about certain aspects of the programme. CSR could of been slightly more organised.
Invested a lot, in terms of the 5 day training. Lunch and learns could of been more engaging and professional.
