The Role
was a really great company to work for
I was treated like a member of staff not a placement student
i was given support ever step of the way, and could ask for help whenever i needed it
they kept me very busy, but i had enough time to still function so wasnt over worked, the amount was just right
i was given very high levels of responsibility, from day one i was helping to manage a year long project which i then took over soley once i had learnt the ropes
everything i have learnt will help towards my final year of my degree
The Company
the atmosphere was good but sometimes was very quite
it was good, however the induction could have been more organised
i was able to choose a number of training programmes i felt would benefit me alongside compulsory training
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
the company offer a great graduate programme and i get automatic entry to the assessment centre
The Culture
there was over 20 students and even more graduates so when we met up it was always a good laugh
it is very exspensive to live in hertfordshire due to the closenest to london, night life is good in london
nightlife was average
there was lots of opportunitys however location sometimes stopped me
